I’m so excited to have a space where I can dive deeper into all things nutrition with you—Instagram captions just don’t give me enough room to share everything I want to!
This blog is a place for me to share important, actionable nutrition information that I believe can make a real difference. But it’s also so much more than just the food we eat. Along the way, I’ll be exploring my personal journey with an eating disorder, how to redefine your relationship with exercise, the unique nutritional needs of athletes (and former athletes), debunking common nutrition myths, and much more.
My hope is that this blog becomes a community—a safe, supportive space for people at all stages of their nutrition journey. While not every post may resonate with you, I hope each one sparks a new perspective on what nutrition can mean in our lives.

Nourish: All things food! Although I want this blog to be much more than just recipes or healthy eating tips, food is at the heart of what I do as a nutritionist. I’ll be sharing practical, satisfying, and nourishing information to help make food a fun and enjoyable part of your day—just like it is for me.
