Empowering Athletes to move
towards their best self

What is FSC?

The Figure Skating Collective (FSC) is a safe space for figure skaters where they can discuss topics that affect them as athletes in the sport and beyond.

In this collective they will be treated as a human first, and an athlete second, to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed within their sport, but also as a person after they leave the sport. The goal is to thrive, not just survive.

Our Program

FSC tackles the key issues athletes face on and off the ice, with a skater-centred program built around four components:

  • Body image

  • Nutrition

  • Movement

  • Athletic identity

  • Option for additional support through 1-1 nutrition coaching

Fuel

Empower athletes to use nutrition in a healthy, sustainable way that supports and enhances their performance on the ice.

Strength

Encourage a lifelong, positive relationship with movement—one that celebrates strength, supports performance in sport, and empowers athletes to stay connected to their bodies beyond competition.

Confidence

Build self-esteem in athletes through developing a positive relationship with food, movement, and their bodies—both on and off the ice.
