Empowering Athletes to move
towards their best self
What is FSC?
The Figure Skating Collective (FSC) is a safe space for figure skaters where they can discuss topics that affect them as athletes in the sport and beyond.
In this collective they will be treated as a human first, and an athlete second, to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed within their sport, but also as a person after they leave the sport. The goal is to thrive, not just survive.
Our Program
FSC tackles the key issues athletes face on and off the ice, with a skater-centred program built around four components:
Body image
Nutrition
Movement
Athletic identity
